Over the past two years, I've steadily improved this exhibit entry flow, simplifying payment options based on Entrant Status. In the first year, I focused on refining the JavaScript, adding functionality and validation for the curator. In 2023, I restructured the flow for greater intuitiveness by grouping personal info, entry details, and payments. Next year, I'm transitioning it to Svelte or Next for further optimization. You can view that mapping in Figma.

A tool I designed and built in Next.js that helps with auditing and scoring the accessibility of sites and applications. I use this almost daily. It uses markdown files to store the site data, so it doesn't require any type of database connection.

Every year I participate in the MSAI Summer Arts program where I teach a number of classes, such as Illustration and Graphic Design. I also make the yearly posters and brochures for the program.

I started an accessibility blog last year to work a bit on my creative writing and get up to speed on building things in Next.js
North American Box Lacrosse League Redesign
A friend of mine needed a redesign of the NABLL website. I did a full user flow and redesign in Figma and he is working on the development.
A few more things.
A little about me.
I am a proactive manager and leader in UX and Design with an extensive technical background. I have outstanding managerial and leadership skills to guide a department to attain superlative results in user interface design and development. I am knowledgeable of team motivation and stimulating creativity and production. I can hold my own in front-end design and full-stack development, applicable to any area of the workflow, including research, branding, design mockups, prototyping, back-end schemas and development, front-end development, usability testing.
My hyper focus is in accessibility because using the web is a universal right. I am available for providing a consult if you need to see how your site or app holds up.
What's this site?
I built this in SvelteKit so I could get some experience with the framework, as I was hearing good things. I wanted to explore some conceptual design ideas, along with manipulating theme state, so I decided it would be fun to design different themes based on the same structure, like we used to do back in the day with css zen garden.
This is a work in progress, so expect bugs and some quirky non-responsive states at times. The idea is to continue to add theme genres and push what's possible with the state management of SvelteKit. Hopefully it brings a little levity to your day. Sit back and have fun. Thanks for stopping by.
